This is all about the belated first donut experience in Singapore between.. J.CO donuts & Donut Factory.
J.Co donut is the newer famous player, while donut factory is notorious for it's inhumane queueing hours (only crazy people will queue hrs for it. For me, it was 1 min)... and both are found in at basement level one of Raffles City Shopping Centre.
So, for donut newbies like me, so which donut is better? I have seriously no idea.. heard so much about both, but never had the chance to try it.. so, after an afternoon of wasted 2 hours, me and invited-to-test-donut-guest lk went to explore the world of donuts.. bought 2 flavours from each.. similar in the sense that one's with crunchy toppings and the other is just a sweet topping..
Seriously la... donut toppings don't differ too much, but the donut body/crust/dough DOES. We decided that the J.Co donuts wins with it's more chewy and finer donut (plain). The Donut Factory's was more like bread & kind of dry/flaky.. and not so fine. I know that taste depends on individual la.. but I like finer and smoother and chewy-er donuts.. haa..
You get my VOTE J.CO DONUTS! =) I'm not returning to donut factory lo.. hahaa... but for now, after eating 2 donuts (while tasting 4 types of donuts), it's going to be a long while before I touch donuts again.
Of course.. pictures =D Anyway, we were walking by and saw this green tea place as seen from the cups of green tea freeze & etc.. it's nice. Oh well, today's a little nice and sweet (donuts) half-time for me.

Bingooooo .. haa.. went to my prof in the morning and yESH, correct! Okies, one part down and another part's here.. =D Let me just get this right and I'll give myself a mini celebration.. haa

I guess in the midst of the "omg-whats-gonna-happen-and-end", I just have to celebrate every little sucess that comes my way =) I'm thankful that after a night and day of struggle, I finally got some direction for my double sigmoid functions .. oh yeah oh yeah =D Close to 10hrs spent on it? Okay it may sound freaking long.. but boy I'm glad I solved it.. NEXT STEP: integration! AhhHhh.... JIA YOU =D
Aujourd'hui, j'ai reçu mon papier réactif français. C'est pas mal. Je y'ai "TB"! =) Je croie que "TB" signifie "très bien", donc je suis heureuse! Tous ses efforts furent enfin récompensés.

...at Pasta de Waruka at Marine Square just now! Wie zufällig! And I thought what was the "commotion" when nic walk in, thinking if he's met his friends or what.. then the "commotion" increased when I walked in... haa.. then I realised it's me who's friends are there =D
Seriously I haven't met the so many of them together for a long while =) I miss those dark dark days... I'm sorry that I can't remember all the names, but I really recognised all their faces =D I'm not that bad a senior after all, hopefully~
How cool is that... I got to take a photo with Taiwan's new president Ma Yin-Jiu 4 years ago in 2004 while he was still the Mayor of Taipei =D 噢耶！台湾有希望了。。 别说我没跟你分享喔。。台幣要升了！要去台湾的朋友应该快点换钱喔~！(新幣升不升,我倒是不知道啦!)
