Well.. today's ache tells me that I need to run more often, instead of having a gap of few weeks before i go for 10km..

*ouch* i think my hampstring's abit tight..

=P

Anyway, good experience to run on the Nicoll Highway.. aka xinli's favourite bridge in Singapore - nicest City view.

We just had to do the oh-so-typical-end-of-marathon/race-hands-in-the-air-pose~ haha... =D

Half marathon next? Hmmmmmm.......
